  • We actually BBQ/Cook onsite, and do a buffet style serving; however we are always open to different options to suit your needs.

  • We usually charge per person.

  • In addition to BBQ’ing, we can also stir it, fry it or smoke it, and make all the sides as well, etc. “Just ask for it, and will cook it/que it, assuming we can find it.”

  • All plates usually consist of two meats and two sides, but we’ve done many events with tacos only or 3-4 sides.

  • Our catering menu currently does not carry a drink list; however, every event differs and we are willing to discuss cost per drinks. We usually serve soft drinks and water when our food truck is posted at a location.

  • All of our caterings come with standard plates/napkins/utensils depending on the event and food being served.

  • There are always two trash cans onsite that are managed throughout our serving time, and we take that trash with us.

  • Every client/event is different and although it isn’t a service we currently offer, we have priced out those items before.

  • We typically block off 2 (two) hours for serving depending on the event. Any extra serving time requested will be an additional cost on a per hour basis.

  • Although we don’t require a certain count, we do treat each event separately, so it depends on the event, time and place.

  • If the price is right, we’ll go anywhere in our food truck! We’ve done weddings in New Braunfels, South Padre Island and Laredo, as well as a wedding rehearsal in Austin, just to name a few.
