We haven’t had an event we couldn’t handle!

What are your ballpark prices?
Pricing depends on the specific details of your event. Contact us for a customized proposal.

Can you provide alcohol for my event?
Yes, Q’in It Up & Go! Catering can handle the alcohol for your event. We are fully licensed and insured to provide and serve alcohol. Or if you would like to provide it yourself, our TABC-certified bartenders will serve it.

Will you arrange my rental needs?
Of course! As a full-service caterer, we will arrange the rentals needed for your event from linens, chairs, and tables to tents and lounge furniture.

Why the operations fee?
This fee represents the event coordinator’s time for the preparation of your proposal, consultations, site visits, logistical planning, revisions, and a complimentary tasting. For non-profits, off-season events, and new clients, we are prepared to negotiate that fee.

How do I secure Q’in It Up & Go! Catering for my event?
We require a deposit in order to secure the date of your event, which will be applied to your balance.

When do you need my final guest count and payment?
We ask for all of your final revisions 2 weeks before your event date. After that time, we will do our best to accommodate changes and guest count increases, if possible. Final payment is due 5 business days prior to your event date.
